On a standard day with ambient temperatures around 22°C (72°F), the internal components (mainboard\/motor drive board) can safely operate up to 80°C (175°F) before any risk of thermal degradation occurs. However, as a best practice, we recommend keeping the internal temperatures below 50°C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen the system approaches thermal thresholds, a built-in auditory warning (beeper) will activate, prompting you to reduce the load. This is typically triggered during sustained high-performance operations, such as climbing steep inclines for more than one minute at near-maximum power output. The unit is programmed with thermal management to prevent overheating and, in extreme cases, will initiate a lean-back safety feature to reduce speed and prevent thermal cutoff.
