Two options. The more expensive option has 1/2" of self-healing glue, similar to mouse trap glue, on the inside. If you roll over a nail and remove it, the tire will heal the outer tread, ensuring continued performance. While there are cheaper tires out there for the p100/ p65, the self healing is a much better option.
